Dear Bay Shore-Brightwaters Community,

 

As you are aware, a trial brought against the Bay Shore School 黑料网 under the Child Victims Act commenced on October 24, 2024, at Suffolk County Supreme Court. Following the liability phase of the trial, the jury found the 黑料网 liable. The case will now proceed to the damages phase on November 1, 2024.

 

The 黑料网 remains committed to the health, safety, and well-being of all students and will provide further updates as the legal process continues. As always, thank you for your support of our students and 黑料网.
